A phone call gets you an answer fastest: (423) 555-0125. Ten minutes usually sorts out whether you are looking at a line repair, a distribution box, a failed pump, or a field that has reached the end. An estimate costs nothing and leaves you owing nothing.

Useful to have in front of you: the number of bedrooms in the house, roughly how old the system is, the date of the last pumping, whether the ground above the field is wet, and whether an alarm is sounding. Mention how many people live there now compared with when the system went in. None of it is required.

Hours: We answer the phone Monday to Saturday, from 7am until 6pm, and we are shut on Sunday.

Season: We evaluate, design, and quote whenever the ground allows, and we dig when the site is workable. Saturated ground moves a start date, because a machine working wet clay smears a trench wall shut. A wet spring is when marginal fields give out, so that stretch fills the calendar.

Permits: Every replacement and every new system needs a permit and a site and soil evaluation before anyone digs. We confirm what your parcel requires with the county and we submit the application. No contractor and no website can hand you an approval or a date.

Two boundaries worth stating. A routine tank cleanout is a pump truck's job, not ours. A toilet backing up while the yard stays dry and the alarm stays quiet is a plumber's job.
